Terms of Office and Functions
The Secretary is a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of
Directors elected to a two year term by the membership at large.
The Secretary shall keep a record of all meetings of the Club and of the Board and of all votes taken by mail, and of all matters of which a record shall be ordered by the Club. He/she shall have charge of the correspondence, notify members of meetings via mail, fax or e-mail and the Magazine, and carry out such other duties as are prescribed in the constitution and by-laws.
