Terms of Office and Functions
The President is a member of the Executive Committee of the Board ofDirectors elected to a two year term by the membership at large.
The President shall preside at all meetings of the Club and of the Boardand shall have the duties and powers normally appurtenant to the officeof President in addition to those particularly specified the club's Constitution and By-Laws.
