Terms of Office and Functions
Regional
Directors along with the members of the Executive Committee comprise
the Club's Board of Directors. Regional Directors must reside in the
area which they represent and are elected by the members residing in
that region to two year terms. General management of the Club is
entrusted to the Board of Directors.
